Additions and Alterations to Existing dwelling

The proposed additions and alterations will be consistent with the existing residential character of the area and the wider environment. There is well established vegetation between the carriageway for Resolution Drive and the subject site which will screen the proposed additions from view of the Resolution Drive transport corridor.

Having regard to section 104 of the Act, the actual and potential adverse effects on the environment of granting consent are acceptable as the proposal is consistent with the relevant objectives and policies and assessment criteria, and will promote the sustainable management of natural and physical resources.
