Dependant Dwelling in Rural Zone

The proposal is to construct a dependant dwelling on a 1.8232Ha parcel of land that has access to Lake Road. The 2 bedroom dwelling (68.5m2) is proposed to house a member of the family viz mother in law. Currently on site is the existing residence for the owner of the property.

Also proposed is a single garage of 22.5m2.
