The proposal is to house the existing Liquor Store within the new building together with other Permitted Activity uses in Industrial Zone as listed below:

The client proposes the following operating hours (7 days a week):

Liquor Store: 9am – 10pm
Food and beverage 1: 10am - 10pm
Food and beverage 2: 10am – 10pm
Hire Centre shop: 9am – 6:30pm
Automotive/Marine supplier shop: 9am – 6pm
