The proposal is to construct a third dwelling on a 159.4765ha parcel of land. The three-bedroom 100m2 dwelling is proposed to house one of the farm workers and family. Currently on site are the existing residence for the owner of the property and a second residence, which is used for their son as a worker on the farm.
