Converting cross-lease to fee-simple

The proposal for a second dwelling complied with the relevant performance outcomes and it was not contrary to the objectives, policies and assessment criteria of both the District Plans. The application was consistent with the purpose and principles of the Resource Management Act 1991. It was considered that any adverse environmental effects from the proposal can only be deemed to be minor, as was outlined in Gulab's report.
