Parking Dispensation

The proposal was:
- to continue using the existing shed (82m2) as a brewing lab;
- install 10 new tanks out side (each tank is 4.1m in height with a diameter of 1.8m), the tanks are additions and ancillary buildings to the existing industrial brewing use;
- modify the existing deck (91m2) to further towards the car park area; making the entire deck (132m2) uncovered. The deck is 0.6m above ground, thus not treated as a building;
- providing 13 parking spaces plus a loading bay;
- the licensing area (123m2) and brewing area (297m2) stay as granted (Permitted Activity), no change in gfa.
