The applicant is seeking consent to operate a restaurant premises in an existing building in Grey Street on a site which has in the past a number retail activities operating from this PU4. The applicant proposes to have a restaurant that will seat approximately 34 people.
All exiting benching will be modified to fit grease treatment; existing stair balustrade will also be modified, and the existing shopfront will be modernised.
Winner Winner will employ 4 staff full time, to operate a licensed restaurant between 12pm to 8pm 7 days a week.
