- The proposed use of the first floor as retails and office appropriate to the city centre and in line with the zone objectives and policies.
- The changes are all internal. There is no change of character or Central City Design and Layout.
- Making the parking spaces as Common Properties so that Body Corp can easily manage them.
Amenity issues
- No change in the existing provisions of Living Areas, Services areas, Storage area and parking spaces.
Parking requirements
- Parking spaces for both the Apartment Units and retails are same as were approved by the Land Use consent although none is required by the District Plan expect a loading space:
