The applications are in two parts running concurrently: land use for Comprehensive Development and then Unit Title Subdivision.

The proposed development will provide for 26 units in total, comprised of 5 standalone units, a Triplex of three bedroom units, 5 Duplexes of three bedroom units, and 2 Quadraplexes of two bedroom units.
