Another Childcare Facility
The proposal is to establish and operate an early childcare centre for up to 150 children to serve Horotiu community and parents travelling from Ngaruawahia to Hamilton for work. The project will have approximately 500 sq metre covered area utilising remaining space for meeting playground and parking requirements. Depending upon the final children number the staff requirement as per Ministry of Education will range between 16-19.
The site is ideally located – approximately 1 km from Horotiu School allowing easy childcare facility for the siblings of the school students and is part of new Northgate Business Park enjoying newly built facilities and services.
