Change of Condition at Matamata

The Applicant seeks to vary Conditions 2.1, 9.6, and 13.1 to enable the current Postie Plus tenancy located within Principal Unit 4 to be divided into two smaller retail tenancies (Tenancies 2 and 3) and to establish and operate a café/restaurant in new Tenancy 1.

The adverse effects can be avoided remedied or mitigated by means of requiring compliance with the attached amended conditions.

The proposal is considered consistent with the objectives and policies of the District Plan as the proposed changes meet the intent of the original proposal to develop the property for a retail centre.

The proposal is consistent with Part 2 of the Act.
