Duplex at the Lake

The proposal is to remove the existing dwelling and the ancillary dwelling onsite and to build a new duplex and a swimming pool in its place. The bulk of the proposal is sited at generally the same location. The proposal is sited lower down the site than the current house and extends itself further towards the northern boundary to maximise sunlight and views. 

The existing driveway entrance will be retained. Parking and manoeuvring space will be provided at the southern end of the site, in front of the proposed garage. 

The new dwelling will contain two units with bedrooms, ensuite and bathroom, lounge, open kitchen and integrated living and dining room. 

The proposed dwelling is orientated towards the Lake with a relatively large outdoor decking area at the northern part of the site. Part of the decking area will be covered and is accessed from the lounge and the living and dining room. The proposed dwelling will have an integrated garage. A 45m2swimming pool is located at the northwest corner of the site.
