A Consent Order was granted by the Environment Court on 12th Dec 2013:

Stage One shall be the construction of the Meditation Pyramid with associated access, parking, toilet facilities, services, landscaping and acoustic mitigation measures.

Stage Two being the Community facility and associated access, parking and services.
